Dusty Potter BC-HIS President

Dusty Potter is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, serves as a Treasurer for the Texas Hearing Aid Association, and is often regarded as one of the leading experts of digital hearing technology and in-ear acoustics in the state of Texas.

Dusty has been involved with fitting multiple celebrities and media personalities, in addition to performing charity work on missions to Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He is commonly turned to for advice in high-tech fittings from hearing instrument manufacturers and industry peers. Mr. Potter currently holds two hearing instrument related patents and has more pending. Dusty is a graduate of S.H. Rider High School and majored in music at Midwestern State University.

Troy

Troy Walker Director of Operations

Troy Walker is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Licensed Fitter and Dispenser of Hearing Instruments. He has a strong background in sound technology and music, and has been with Ear Level Communications since the company's inception.

Troy is a product of the Music Education program at Midwestern State University and has been a proven success as an educator and is also highly regarded as a performer across the state. In addition to his education Midwestern State University, Mr. Walker is also a native of Wichita Falls, growing up in the City View ISD school system as well as attending John Hirschi High School in which he graduated with honors as well as becoming a member of the National Honor Society. With his extensive field knowledge and passion for the industry, Troy looks forward to working toward better hearing with all of his potential clients in the Wichita Falls area and beyond.

Brad

Brad Vestal Amplification Consultant

Brad Vestal is a native of Wichita Falls, Texas, and is the Amplification Consultant responsible for Ear Level’s Abilene, Sweetwater, Haskell, and Coleman locations. Brad is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a fitter and dispenser of hearing instruments. Brad Majored in Music at Midwestern state university, and has extensive finance and customer service experience. Brad is well known by his clients for his empathy and expertise.

Ryan

Ryan Bennett Amplification Consultant

Ryan Bennett is An Amplification Consultant for Ear Level Communications based out of our Wichita Falls location. He is licensed by the state of Texas to fit and dispense hearing instruments. Ryan comes to the hearing instrument industry as an expert in sound engineering, making the fitting of hearing instruments second nature to him.

Ryan, a native of Wichita Falls, has has served the US military in both the United States Army and the United States Navy. He served as a musician and has extensive experience in both performance and sound engineering, having performed for over 1 million people while in service. In addition, Ryan Majored in Music at Midwestern State University, and is the service provider for Vernon, Seymour, Bowie, Nocona, and Graham as well as dispensing out of our Gainesville and Wichita Falls locations.

Kay

Kay Potter BC-HIS/ LVN Board Certified Hearing Instrument Speciaist

Kay Potter is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and also holds an LVN Nursing License in the state of Texas. She has been in the healthcare industry for more than 35 years, with over 20 years of experience in the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. Kay is well known in the industry as an expert in hearing aid fitting, patient care, and counseling.

Kay has helped thousands of people in West Texas take the journey into the world of better hearing, trained many licensed specialists, and has been recognized as an industry leader in terms of patient satisfaction.

Nicole

Nicole Styles Amplification Consultant

Nicole is our Field Service provider who helps our clients in Wichita Falls, Graham, and soon to be Jacksboro locations. Her empathy and compassion, as well as her knowledge is a welcome addition to the Ear Level team.
